The Downhole Interval plot is used to plot soil boring information, or any other other information contained in the Boring table's optional fields.
Plot Type - Downhole Interval plots may consist of either (1) the plotting of the contents of the text string contained in a field or (2) drawing of color-coded rectangular shapes for each interval based on the same text strings. Select either Display Text Description or Fill Area to choose between these two plot types.
Select Field Values to Plot - Select the field values in the list on the left that you want to plot in the Downhole Interval plot by selecting the field and hitting the right-arrow button. Fields can be deselected by selecting fields in the list on the right and hitting the left-arrow button.
Show Water Level - Option to elect to display the water level on the axis plot as inverted triangle. The depth water must be stored as a field in the Wells Table. The field containing the water level is specified in the Log Plotter options dialog box.
Show NAPL Level - Option to elect to display the NAPL level on the axis plot as inverted triangle. The depth to NAPL must be stored as a field in the Wells Table. The field containing the depth to NAPL is specified in the Log Plotter options dialog box.
Repeat Label at Top of Page - For intervals that cross from the bottom of one boring log page to the top of the next, selecting this option will cause the text description to appear on both of the boring log pages. This option is only of consequence when the Plot Type is set to Display Text Description.
To modify the display options for a particular soil type, select the Fill Style tab. Then select the soil in the central list box and then modify the hatch and color using the dialog controls to the right.

Horizontal Alignment - Select from either left, center or right alignment of text strings.
Vertical Alignment - Select from either top or vertical center alignment of text strings.
